Hi! I'm Sam, a 27 year old Healthcare / IT professional from London. I have recently been traveling for around the country for work, but now I am looking for a base in the Reading/ Guildford area.
I am looking for either:
-A one bedroom annex / flat.
-A house share with with likeminded people who are clean and positive.
About me:
In September, I will be continuing my work traveling part-time (mostly between London, Didcot and Colchester), and working from home at other times.
I'd like to live within 1hr drive from my 4-year-old son who lives with my ex-partner in Petersfield. I currently have him 1 night per week.
My partner, Hollie, is currently living with her family in Cranleigh and studying Psychology at Open University, so can be flexible in terms of whether she is a part of tenancy or not.
Both my son, partner and me are pet-friendly, though I don't have of my own.
