Hey there! I’m a 28yo gay Aussie/Persian bloke who’s just moved up from Australia. I’m looking for a short term stay while I gather my bearings and interview for jobs! No issue with funds, and can pay for rent up front.
Ideally looking for a room with an ensuite located East (ideally near the Bethnal Green/Hackney area). But am super flexible.
A bit about me:
Personally, spend most of my free time at the bouldering gym, going for hikes, casual runs and chilling with mates doing whatever. Enjoy socialising and would like a roommate who’s keen to occasionally grab a drink. Big fan of the Formula 1, Tennis and getting back into football. Also grew up in a Persian household, so am quite clean and like to keep my spaces neat.
Professionally, been in Banking and non-financial risk management for about 6 years. Most recently in Aus, I was a Manager of Op Risk Frameworks, where I was in charge of policies, frameworks and systems relating to op risk incidents.
