Hi, I’m Roshan!

​I’m a 29-year-old Corporate Tax Advisor working a hybrid setup (in the office a few days, WFH 2-3 days a week). I’m looking for a room around Clapham or Balham ideally, moving in anytime over the next few weeks. Budget is around £1,500 pcm

​A bit about me:
During the week, my routine usually revolves around work, gym, playing/coaching hockey, and cooking easy, fun meals. Outside of that, I’m usually heading out for coffee or pub trip, catching live music and playing some tennis or padel too.

​As a flatmate:
I’m looking for a household that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep. Big fan of flat dinners, catching a movie, or grabbing a pint at the local, but equally respect everyone having their own space and routine. I’m clean, reliable with bills, and easy to live with and like to think I can make friends with anyone!
