23M Professional looking for a room!

Hello! I'm Karl, a 23 year old grad who studied at Birmingham Uni and am looking for a place and people which allows for a mix of both socialness and privacy!

I will be beginning a job within the sustainability industry at an office located on Fenchurch street. I'd love for a room which has enough space for a desk setup as opposed to a cramped room.

I love seeing friends, and so a lot of my hobbies revolve around the fact I can enjoy something I do with the people I like, or at least talk to about! I enjoy listening to music (almost all genres, as cliché as it is to say), travelling around both internationally and within the UK, keeping fit (gym, bouldering, badminton), food, and also watching/reading a good show/manga. I consider myself tidy and considerate so I'll always make sure to tidy up after myself in communal areas.

In regards to the location, I'm primarily focused on areas within zones 1-2, but am open to places located close to stations on the metropolitan/district lines.
