Recent UoM graduate seeking room – before 22 Aug

Hi, I’m Sarthak, 21, and a recent University of Manchester graduate. I’m looking for a furnished single or double room in Manchester or nearby areas, ideally with bills included and good transport links to the city centre.

I’m hoping to move in before 22 August and am looking for a minimum of around three months, with the possibility of staying longer. My budget is up to approximately £650 pcm including bills.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful and easy to live with. I’ve always lived in shared flats throughout university and am comfortable sharing kitchens and bathrooms. I enjoy a friendly household while also respecting people’s privacy.

I’m looking for a well-kept home with considerate housemates. I can provide a previous accommodation reference and proof of funds. Please get in touch if you have a suitable room.
