MSc student seeking room in London from September
Hi, I’m Priyadarshan, a 28-year-old MSc student at the University of Birmingham. I will complete my course at the end of August and am looking to move to London from early September while actively seeking graduate and professional opportunities.
I am clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going. I do not smoke and do not have pets. I am looking for a furnished room in a friendly, well-maintained shared home, ideally with Wi-Fi and a washing machine.
My budget is up to £400 per month, and I am open to different areas across London. I am happy to arrange a viewing; if I am unable to attend in person, a relative in London can view the property on my behalf. I can provide the required documents and pay the deposit promptly once a suitable room is confirmed.
