Nerdy bi guy seeks double room
I am a 34yo bi guy who works in Film & Television.
I have a new contract coming up from September 1st and so will be working pretty long days until June next year where I will swap contracts hopefully to somewhere else in London.
Preferably looking for a Studio, 1 Bed or 2 Bed property to rent within £1,000 pcm if bills are included. Happy to also look at 3 bed if the people are nice and property is in good condition.
Minimum distance from a Tube/Overground station: 10-15 min walk.
I am clean, respectful and for the most part keep myself to myself. But always love a good tea and chat when the mood strikes.
