ARU student seeks Mon–Fri term-time room

Hello, I’m Hussain, a quiet, tidy and respectful 20-year-old student beginning BSc Biomedical Science at ARU Cambridge in September 2026.

I am looking for a furnished room from approximately 14 September, ideally within easy cycling or public-transport distance of ARU Cambridge and Cambridge station.

I only require the room Monday to Friday during university teaching and examination periods, as I will return to my family in London every weekend and during university holidays. I am therefore particularly interested in a term-time arrangement where rent can be paused during the Christmas and Easter holidays.

My maximum budget is £650 per month, preferably including bills. A resident-landlord or family home would be welcome. An en-suite would be ideal but is not essential.

I am a non-smoker, have no pets and will mainly be focused on my studies. I can attend viewings in Cambridge on Sunday 23 August and would be keen to proceed promptly if the arrangement is suitable.
