Couple Looking for 1-Bed Flat – MMU Students

Hi! 😊

Me and my girlfriend have both recently been accepted into Manchester Metropolitan University through Clearing and we’re looking for a 1-bedroom flat to rent together in Manchester.

We’re both starting International Hospitality and Tourism Business Management at Manchester Met this September/October and are looking to move in around the start of the academic year.

We’re particularly interested in Rusholme, Fallowfield and areas close to Manchester Met City Campus, but we’re open to other well-connected areas.

What we’re looking for:

* 🏠 1-bedroom flat for the two of us
* 🎓 Student-friendly landlord/agent
* 📍 Good transport links to Manchester Met
* 💷 Ideally around £900–£1,200 pcm
* 📅 Available from late September/early October
* 💡 Bills included would be a bonus

We’re both responsible, friendly and very interested in finding somewhere we can make our home throughout university.

We’re currently based near Bristol, so attending viewings before moving to Manchester can be difficult, but we’re happy to arrange a live video viewing and provide references/documents where required.
