Self-employed music production teacher relocating back to Bristol after a year abroad. Previously lived and worked in Bristol for many years.

Quiet, tidy, non-smoker. No pets, no kids, just me. I work from home (music production and online teaching) so I keep sociable hours and look after my space.

Looking for a furnished or part-furnished 1-bed flat or studio in the BS6/BS8 area. Happy to discuss rent upfront to provide reassurance. Available from early September.
