I am looking for a flat-share preferably North London (Islington, London Fields, Stoke Newington) but am open to other areas as well, as long as the commute is right. Would also be open to buddy up and look for a new place.

I am clean, respectful and responsible. I like to make a place feel like home, and want everyone to feel the same way. LGBT friendly. I am social and outgoing but like to keep a calm home environment. My budget is 800-1200 inc bills. I have savings and a UK guarantor.
