Final Year Student seeking young pro / grad share
Hey everyone!
I’m returning to Manchester this September to finish my final year in Computer Science & Maths, having worked the last six months full-time in London for HMCTS (civil service).
Because I'm coming off full-time work and heading straight into a heavy final year, my routine looks a lot like a 9-to-5: commuting into the city centre/campus in the mornings to study, and heading back in the early evening.
Outside of studying, I'm usually out being active: salsa, bouldering, or getting around on my road bike. While I don't drink and eat plant-based (no preaching I promise, though I might try to tempt you with good vegan cooking), I'm pretty outgoing and often down to explore interesting restaurants, or convince friends to try a climbing or dance session.
What I’m looking for:
I’ve done the shared house thing before, so I understand the day-to-day dynamics: keeping shared spaces easy to live in and doing my share without making a big deal of it. Ideally I want a place with a relaxed, friendly dynamic where flatmates are up for music on in the kitchen, catching up in the evenings or occasionally heading out together.
A few practical bits:
• Rent, deposit, and references (previous landlords + professional employment) ready to go.
• Space to lock a road bike indoors or under shelter is a big plus (not a dealbreaker though)
• Currently based in London wrapping up work, but happy to jump on a quick video call first and travel up to Manchester for in-person viewings!
Drop me a message if you think I'd be a good fit for your place!
