Student room wanted in central Edinburgh

Hi there, I'm on the hunt for a room in central Edinburgh from the first week of September. Ideally I would want to be in/around the areas of Marchmont, Dalry, Newington, and near Prince’s.

A few things about me: I'm a 22-year-old Chemical Engineering student, generally chilled and considerate to live with. I go for a run most mornings, so you might catch me heading out early. I like a good cafe or bar for catching up with friends, and I enjoy gaming in the evenings too.

I look after shared spaces, respect tidiness, and get on easily with people.

Budget-wise, I'm looking at up to £900 pcm, ideally a little less. Happy to provide some references if needed.
