Looking within walking distance of Carmel College

Hi,
I’m starting a course at the University of Liverpool (Carmel College campus) in September, so I'm looking for somewhere to rent/houseshare near WA10 3AG. I have a budget of around £650pcm with all bills included, £700 max.

I love quiet evenings but open to being social, so would love to find a house/flat share with others who'd be up for a natter/meal/movie or going out to explore Liverpool together. I'm quiet, like to keep a clean space, and respect shared routines. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and watching shows.
