📍 Location: North or East London, with a good commute to Bank/Central London
💷 Budget: around £1,100 pcm
🚿 Must-have: my own private en-suite bathroom
🏡 House: ideally sharing with only 1–2 other professionals
🐱 Pet: I have a small indoor-only cat, Yuki, so the property must be pet-friendly
💼 About me: full-time professional working in Corporate Reception in Central London
📅 Move: September / October
🔑 Looking for: a clean, peaceful and comfortable long-term home

I’m tidy, respectful and considerate of shared spaces. I’d love to live with people who are friendly and happy to occasionally chat, have a coffee or do something together, but who also value privacy, boundaries and personal space.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, staying active, exploring London and having a calm home to come back to. I’m not looking for a party house, I’d prefer somewhere clean, relaxed and well looked after.

I also have a small indoor-only cat called Yuki. She’s calm, clean and well behaved and stays in my room, so I’m looking for housemates who are genuinely comfortable having a cat in the property.
