Masters student looking for room in Glasgow

Hiya, I'm Dee ( they/any pronouns)! I'm an international Master's student coming back to study in the Glasgow area, and I'm looking for a double room for around 12 months.

I'm 24 and previously lived in Glasgow during my undergraduate degree, so I'm already familiar with the area and living in Scotland. I'm clean, respectful and easygoing. I'm happy to have a chat, watch something or do things together with housemates, but I'm also pretty independent and like having my own space.

I'll be studying full-time, so I'm looking for somewhere that's comfortable for studying and has good transport links to my university. I'm ideally looking for a double room( levels of furniture can be negotiable) , with a clean and reasonably friendly household. I'm not looking for a big party flat, but I definitely don't mind a bit of socialising! Though, besides socializing with people, I'm pretty good at respecting people's space and downtime.

Outside of uni, I'm pretty into gaming (both video and board games), films/TV, comics and getting way too invested in the lore of different franchises 😂. I'm also a big food lover and have recently been getting into gothic horror.

Ideally looking for:
• Double room
• Furnished
• Around 12-month tenancy
• Good public transport links
• Clean and respectful household
• Space to study/work from home
• In west end or close links to it
• trying to aim for 683 to 700ppm

As of now, I'm overseas visiting family, so I'm only able to do virtual/video-call viewings at the moment. I'm more than happy to have a video call, see the flat and meet potential housemates virtually. I'll also be able to arrange a meeting once im back in the uk in September
