Looking for furnished 2 bed flat (£1200)

I am looking for a furnished 2-bedroom flat/apartment/house for around or under £1,200. Preferably 2 double beds (bedrooms). The flat would be occupied by me and a friend of mine.
I am not picky on location, but anywhere within 7 miles of the city centre would be great.

A specific ask (though not mandatory) would be that the property be within council tax band A, B or C.

I am open to 2 double rooms within an existing share. As flatmates, we are tidy, responsible and are great people all round.
