20yo City Student Seeking Central London Flatshare

Hi, I’m Sebastian, I’m 20 and I’ll be starting Financial Economics at City St George’s in Clerkenwell this September.

I’m looking for a room in a friendly, comfortable flatshare from any point in September 2026. I’m hoping to stay for at least 12 months and potentially longer if the place is a good fit. My maximum budget is £1,400 per month including bills.

Angel, Clerkenwell and Islington would be ideal, although I’m also interested in King’s Cross, Bloomsbury, Farringdon, Barbican, Old Street, Shoreditch and other lively, well-connected neighbourhoods within roughly 30 minutes of campus. Being near a Tube station is important.

I’m friendly, considerate and tidy. I’d like a sociable household where people are comfortable chatting or occasionally doing things together, while still respecting everyone’s space and privacy. I’m happy living with students or young professionals of any gender.

A double room (not important) and washing machine would be preferred. Im flexible about the exact September move-in date and available to arrange viewings.
