Professional woman looking for a quiet, pet-friend

Hi! I’m a 39-year-old professional looking for a quiet, friendly and respectful home from around 15 September, although I’m flexible and could move sooner for the right place.

I work as an administrator at a human rights law firm in London, where I have a permanent employment contract. I work remotely most of the time, with occasional days in the office.

My preferred areas are Ramsgate or Margate, followed by Chatham. I’m also open to Broadstairs, Rochester, Strood and other suitable areas of Kent, particularly with good public transport and a train station within around 20 minutes.

I’m looking for a pet-friendly home. I have an adult indoor tuxedo cat, Rika, and I also share responsibility for my family’s senior spaniel, Chloe. I’d therefore need a home where both pets are welcome.

An en-suite would be ideal, although I’m happy to share a bathroom if the rest of the home is a good fit.

I’m looking for a quiet and respectful household and would particularly enjoy a vegetarian or vegan home. A neurodivergent-friendly household would also be a bonus.

I’m open to living with a landlord or with other tenants, and I’m happy to consider a larger house share where there are advantages such as a good-sized room or en-suite facilities.

I’m a clean, considerate and respectful tenant and am looking for somewhere I can settle and treat as home.

Budget: £750–£850 pcm, depending on what is included.
