Heathrow Professional Seeking Studio/Double Room +

I’m a 43-year-old full-time professional working as an Inspection Engineer at Heathrow Airport.
I’m looking for a studio or a good-sized double room for single occupancy, either furnished or unfurnished.
My maximum budget is £550 per calendar month (PCM).
Car parking is mandatory. I will only consider properties where parking is available.
I’m a non-smoker and I don’t drink alcohol. I’m clean, quiet, respectful and responsible, and I’m looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to live.
My preferred move-in date is 1 October 2026.
Ideally, the property should be approximately 45–90 minutes’ drive from Heathrow Airport — not less than 45 minutes and not more than 90 minutes.
If the property is suitable after viewing, I’m happy to commit to a minimum tenancy of at least three months, with the possibility of staying longer if everything works well.
