Looking for a room at the city centre

Hi there! I am a year 3 vet student looking for a room in a friendly house.

Budget: £750 max including bills. I am council tax exempt as a student, but I’m happy to sort that out if the total cost works.

My wishlist for the room:

- Furnished with desk, chair, and wardrobe.
- Fast WiFi (essential for online tutorials).
- Access to a washing machine (dryer not essential, I’m fine with a rack).

What to expect from me: I am very clean and organised. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and I’m considerate of noise and chores. I’m easy-going and happy to have a chat or give you your space—whatever suits the house vibe!
