I am a mature, responsible Physiotherapy student looking for a self-contained 1 or 2-bedroom house, bungalow, or private annex. I am relocating for university and am looking to move on or around 1st September 2026.

As a current homeowner, I deeply respect property and maintain an immaculate, quiet home. I am a non-smoker and do not throw parties—I need a peaceful environment to focus entirely on my medical studies.

What I am looking for:

Type: Completely self-contained space (strictly no sharing/sole tenancy).

Kitchen: Private kitchen equipped with an integrated cooker, oven, and washing machine.

External: Preferably a private garden, patio, or access to green space.

Parking: Allocated parking space or a private driveway.

Budget: from £550 per month.

Locations considered: Herefordshire, South Wales (Newport and Cardiff), South Gloucestershire, or Somerset borders.
