UCL MSc student looking for a quiet, friendly home

Hello, I am Efe from Turkey. I have done my MSc in ML at UCL (almost there) and will be continuing my studies at UCL again. I previously worked in Istanbul, New York and Zurich, and I am planning to remain in London and call it home.

I can move around mid September and am flexible by a few days. I am mainly looking around Camden, Holloway, Caledonian Road, Kentish Town, Finsbury Park and nearby areas. I am looking for either a room in an existing flatshare or people to buddy up with and find a flat together, ideally sharing with around 1–3 other people.

I hope to meet and buddy up with people who are quiet, clean, respectful of shared spaces, independent, usually out studying or working, can cook without constantly occupying the kitchen, and appreciate both conversation and personal space. I hope to display these qualities likewise to my future flatmates, with care.

I also don’t smoke and wouldn’t like to be around people who smoke. No pets, for a simpler life. I would occasionally appreciate shared activities, but with no expectation of constant socialization, and I am looking for platonic friendships and good company only.

A little about me: I play tennis and hope to play more every week, and I spend time at the cinema, especially the BFI. My career is in tech and research, so it might occasionally get obscure or boring. I also like cooking, almost as if it is therapy.
