I am a friendly 36yo rem from Australia! Just started my 2 year visa and currently renting a room in Harringay (sublet form a friend). I am a high school teacher starting work soon, and musician. I have two guitars with me and my recording equipment as I am in the midst of creative works. I would be conscious of noise and want to ensure my music practice does not disrupt anyones down time so that would be a priority conversation upon inspection. I am very clean and tidy and conscious of others, I am easy to get along with, friendly and social but also love alone time in my room and need space to decompress after teaching children all day, which means I love silence almost as much as I love music!
