Looking for flatmate(s)/buddy ups

My name is Rui, 29, from Portugal. I’m moving to London in September for a new job near St. Pauls and so I’m looking for a flatmate to get a flat from late September/early October.

I’m a software engineer by profession but a music producer on the side. I also recently started some theater classes which I plan to continue exploring in London. I’m a music lover (some of my faves are Arca, Aphex Twin, Bjork, Kelela, Andy Stott, etc), a vinyl colector, love vintage thrifting and a film buff (i have a long watchlist on letterboxd to get through). I also just love exploring the city, finding cool spots and just anything creative. During the week I usually also go to the gym, so gym buddies are welcome.

I’m hoping for a flatmate that can be a buddy to have a chill environment at home and perhaps hangout. I’m tidy at home and my friends say I’m a good cook, so I wouldn’t mind cooking for my flatmates as well ;)

Regarding zones, I’m looking at places like Hackney, Clapham, E&C, Islington, Kennington but honestly I wouldn’t mind anywhere that has a decent comute to my job (around 30-40 minutes max).

I’m only arriving September 5th, so I can only start viewing flats from that date.
