Looking for a room in London 🏡

Hi everyone!

My name is Alice, I’m 33 years old and I’m a doctor from Italy, currently training as a resident in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

I’ll be moving to London for a six-month research fellowship, from the beginning of October until the end of March, and I’m really excited to start this new chapter!

I’m looking for a reasonably spacious, furnished and ideally bright room in a friendly and welcoming flat. I’d also like to live in a safe and pleasant area.

Ideally, I’d love to be in Whitechapel, Bethnal Green, Wapping or Shoreditch, but I’m definitely open to other areas and happy to consider different options.

An ensuite bathroom would be a lovely bonus, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker.

A little about me: I’m friendly, tidy, respectful, and considerate of other people’s privacy and shared spaces. I grew up with two sisters, so I’m very used to sharing spaces and living harmoniously with others. I enjoy getting to know new people and creating a relaxed, positive atmosphere at home. I’m always happy to have a good chat over a cup of tea or dinner, while also respecting everyone’s need for their own time and space.

I’m also a big cat lover, so if there happens to be a cat already living in the house, I’d be absolutely delighted!

Outside of work, I’m looking forward to making the most of my time in London—exploring the city, discovering new places, and experiencing everything it has to offer.
