I seek a home to share with the owner or a studio or one bedroom not to share. I can provide my own room's furniture and a few things to common areas, like a small sofa, desk, chairs, side tables and a portable A/C; plus kitchen pots, pans, waffle iron, dishes etc.
Thus, I much prefer an unfurnished larger room. I am very willing to share kitchen items and even the A/C, if it works in the space.
