22 yo Artist & Teaching Assistant Looking for Room
Hi! I’m Julia, I’m 22 and I’m an artist currently looking for a room in London, ideally for an October/November move-in.
I’ve recently finished my MA in Artists’ Film & Moving Image at Goldsmiths, and I’m starting a new job as a teaching assistant in October. I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into for a while and would ideally love to live with other friendly, creative and considerate people.
I’m clean, respectful and easygoing, and I’m very used to living with other people. I enjoy having a social household but also really value everyone having their own space. I’m also a big fan of keeping communal spaces clean and tidy.
Ideally looking for:
* Move-in around October/November
* London, preferably South/East/North London
* A double room, although I’m open to options
* A friendly, relaxed and respectful household
* Ideally somewhere with good transport links
* Budget around £700–£900 pcm, depending on bills/location
I’m happy to provide references and come for viewings. Feel free to message me if you think I could be a good fit for your household!
