Architect seeking a comfy home

Hi,

Friendly kiwi here looking for a new place in Edinburgh to call home, preferably with a few like minded professionals for flatmates.

I work in an architecture office in Stockbridge and volunteer a few times a month at a workshop in Leith so would prefer a location with good connections to either or both those spots. Being somewhere I can have a bicycle would be ideal to make my commute easier.

In my spare time I have lots of quiet creative hobbies like knitting, baking and sketching as well as reading and hiking when the weather permits. I’m told I have more than the average stash of fun facts so if you enjoy meandering conversations about unexpected topics I could be the flat mate you’re looking for.

As a flatmate I’m pretty easy to get along with. I enjoy communal living and have over a decade of experience in shared flatting situations where I’ve always gotten along well with my flatmates. Depending on the people I’m happy to do my own thing or do a bit of shred dinner every now and again. I’m very comfortable pulling my weight with cleaning of communal spaces and usually so a Sunday refresh of everything to be ready for the week ahead.
