Looking for a room in friendly clean Flat/hoshare

Headline: Professional looking for a room in clean, friendly house share in Surbiton or nearby – Budget £900pcm (flexible)

About Me:
Hi! I'm John. I am active divorced professional Padel-tennis player. I am looking for a warm, welcoming, and tidy place to call home in Kingston, Surbiton, New Malden or the surrounding areas (see below).
I am searching for a furnished double room for myself in a relaxed household with easy-going flatmates. Location-wise, I am looking at Surbiton, Kingston, Tolworth,
Berrylands, New Malden. Have car.
Logistics:
• Budget: Up to £900 per month (ideally including bills)
• Move-in Date: available and Flexible
• Stay Duration: initially 1 to 6 months, flexible negotiable

My Lifestyle & Vibe:
I am very clean, organised, and deeply respectful of shared spaces—I always wash my dishes straight away and happily pull my equal weight with chores. During the week, I keep a busy professional routine. Dogs are OK as I used to have one.
In my free time, I love to play Padel weekly, previously tennis, and walking, reading, and current & business affairs, also can cook. Willing to help with playing Padel up to intermediate level. Like to be active, and learn and try new things, currently Ai and similar. I completely respect everyone's need for privacy space and quiet time. Happy to join in when asked. John
