A double two bedrooms/bathrooms flat

I am a professional who is looking to find a buddy with whom we could rent a decent place and live in while we save up on excessive accommodation costs. I am very calm, hardworking and very busy. I do not work from home so I'll be mostly out and when I am in, I do appreciate quietness, but also some social activities and fun.

In terms of accommodation, I am looking for someone of my age range to share a decent two bedrooms Flat with. (must definitely have 2 separate baths).
I'd want us to have a driveway to park and some healthy and spacious space to live in. I'm not really fussy about locations but I’d appreciate the areas of bham city centre, Erdington, Coventry, etc... However, if you know of any other similarly decent areas, we could discuss this.

Budget should not exceed £900 monthly per person supposing rent is 1.8 including bills Pls . However, our quality of life should be way decent.

Move-in date is anytime grin 1st of September
