26 year old yopro looking for flat (and friends)

Hey all, my name is Joshua, I'm pretty fresh off the boat from Kiwiland and while everything is going pretty smooth, I would love to start meeting other young people. I am a sales professional and very career focused, and so It would be great to find a flat that was furnished, and had space for me to work from home.

In my free time you can find me at the pub, reading a book, listening to music, sport, gym yada yada (basic young man things). While I need my own space, I also want to be in an environment where people do hang out / go out / and otherwise do things together!

My work is based close to the Aldgate east tube station. So Ideally I am looking for around Hackney, Bethnal Green, but I am open to most locations!
