Couple+ small dog looking for friendly London home

Hi! We’re Bradley and Bliss, looking for a new place to call home in London from 1 September with our small dog, Gustavo.

We’re looking for a good-sized double room in a friendly, respectful household. We’re pretty easygoing about the atmosphere of the house, so it definitely doesn’t need to be silent or overly formal. The main thing for us is that everyone respects the home, shared spaces and the people living there, and we’d absolutely offer the same in return.

We’re open to different parts of London for the right place and can consider rooms up to around £1,500 per month.

I’m self-employed and run HAI, a hospitality technology and AI intelligence business. We’re looking for somewhere settled rather than a short stop-gap and would like somewhere that feels like an actual home.

Gustavo is part of the package 🐾, so the property must genuinely be dog-friendly. We’re very conscious that having a dog in a shared home needs to work for everyone and are happy to chat properly about him before arranging a viewing.

We have our own lives and are perfectly happy doing our own thing, but we’re also friendly and sociable and would enjoy living with people where conversation, a drink, dinner or occasionally hanging out together doesn’t feel unusual.
