Looking for a room in a shared flat in Dundee

Hi,
I am Klaudia. I am a PhD student at University of St Andrews. Looking for one or more flatmates to share a flat with with a budget of up to £460 pcm. I am mostly going to be in St Andrews, teaching and writing, thus treating Dundee as more of a home base. I am a chill flatmate, though up for an occasional hang-out in the shared spaces. I am into painting and drawing, and a massive book reader, so my personal library could be yours to use too. I am not an avid drinker- will drink maybe once or twice a month. I don't own any pets, but open to sharing with people who do. I have a relatively stable work schedule, so wouldn't unnecessarily keep anyone up. I don't have strict preferences as to who I would share with; both male and female are okay; would prefer other students, but not opposed to sharing with professionals.
