32M professional looking for double room

32M Finance Professional Looking for Double Room / Buddy-Up.

Hi! I’m 32, working as a finance manager in the City, and have called London home for the past 5 years. I have a hybrid working pattern — in the office most of the week, WFH 1-2 days.

I’m looking for a double room in a friendly houseshare, or open to buddying up with another tenant to take on a whole property together, ideally East or North London (Around Hackney, Islington) but open to other areas.

Outside work I’m pretty active — running, swimming, and cycling, and I just completed my first triathlon (still recovering from it!). Beyond that, I’m into live music, the odd pub session, and generally being sociable — happy to hang out with housemates or do my own thing, whichever suits.

Tidy, easygoing, and reliable — looking for a similar vibe in a flatshare. Need to be moved in by mid-October at the latest.
