Looking for Double room/studio/ 1 bed - Bristol

Hi! I’m relocating to Bristol from Derby in September for a permanent role. Ideally I’m looking for a clean, self-contained studio or one-bedroom flat with my own kitchen and bathroom, preferably around £700-£950pcm (excl. bills). I can potentially stretch a little for the right place, particularly if some bills are included.

I have a car so parking is important, whether that’s allocated, permit or reliable street parking. I’m pretty flexible on area but I’d ideally like somewhere safe, reasonably diverse and with shops/gyms/things to do nearby. North, east and central Bristol are particularly good for me but I'm open minded!

I’m 27, working full-time, tidy, respectful and pretty chilled. I like having my own space but I’m friendly and easy to get along with.

My strong preference is my own studio/flat, although I’d consider a house share for a lower price if it was a really good fit: clean, relaxed, respectful, not a chaotic party house and ideally in a diverse area.
