Hi everyone! I recently made the move from NZ to London and I’m looking for a flat to call home for the next few years.

* Target Areas: South West (Clapham, Battersea, vauxhall, Nine Elms etc.), WhiteChapel, Shoreditch, or anywhere I can get to Waterloo or the district line easily.
* About Me: 28yo Kiwi working in finance in Richmond (work in the office 3 days a week).
* Big fan of rugby, football, and cricket, plus I love hiking and checking out live music. I’m social and always keen for a weekend adventure or a pub trip, but I also value a quiet night in and a chilled house dynamic.
* The Flatmate Factor: I’ve been renting for 9 years, so I’ve mastered the art of being clean, tidy, and respectful of communal spaces.
