SUBLET wanted for month of October

Hi there, working professional from Dublin looking for a short term room or entire flat in Brighton or Hove from October 1st. I'm initially looking for something for the month of October (would consider some flexibility either side of this length of time and date).

A little about me:

I'm Eoin, 31, from Dublin and looking to spend some time working remotely, daily morning ocean plunges and enjoying Brighton/Hove. With the possibility of making it somewhere long-term.

I am a founder launching a consumer brand, and work out of a co-working space during the weekdays. I've house shared and subletted full flats many times before so well experienced at the expectations of taking care of someones place. Outside of work I like to run, cycle, sauna, and travel.
