Working professional looking for double bed

Hi, I am looking for a space with like-minded housemates that would like to live more like kind and respectful friends than strangers and I am social but respectful of your privacy and space as I'd hope the same for me.

I also like to keep the common areas (toilets and kitchen) clean after use and would like to share my living space with someone that does that too.

I am happy to meet-up and see if we get along and make a group for us to share a home if that's needed.

I'm looking for a double room for myself. Ensuite is preferable but not a deal-breaker if we agree to keep it clean.

My budget is about GBP 500-800
My main concern is proximity to supermarkets, BT bus stops, gym.
