Hi! We’re Jianna & Faye, both 25, and looking for 2 rooms in London from the end of September / October!

A little about us:
👩🏻‍💻 Jianna — starting a new role in tech sales in Central London, previously worked in NHS laboratories before backpacking asia
📰 Faye — journalist, currently based in Cambridge and transferring to her company’s London office
👯‍♀️ We’re close friends and have lived together before, so we already know we’re compatible housemates!

We’re both clean, respectful, chilled and independent, but also very sociable and always up for doing something. We’d love to live with people who are similar — happy doing our own thing but also up for making friends and having a nice household dynamic. We’re looking for a house that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep 🫶

In our spare time, we’re into reading, finding cute cafés, thrifting, cooking together, going for walks/hikes, films and the occasional pub/night out — basically a good mix of cosy nights in and spontaneous plans!

📍 Areas
• East: Shoreditch, Dalston, Hackney, Haggerston
• South East: Bermondsey, Walworth, Lambeth, Camberwell

💷 Budget: £700–£950 each, ideally max £1,000
📅 Move-in: End of September / October
🏢 Work: Both office-based in London, with some WFH days

Must-have:
• Bathroom that isn’t tiny / suitable for a home with multiple people
• Good transport links to central

Would love (but not essential):
• Communal living space
• Garden/balcony 🌿
• Similar age / young professional housemates (23+)
• Independent but sociable housemates who are up for making friends
