Hi.
My name is Hayley. I currently live in Manchester. I am looking for a double room as I'm transferring with my employment to Newcastle in the very near future.
I'm 52 years old, 3 grown up children. Seperated from my husband, so I'll be moving alone. I would prefer a double room. Would it be possible to do a virtual viewing of the property please? I can arrange getting to Newcastle to view if that not an option.
I work full time. I'm a non smoker. When I transfer my employment to Newcastle, I'll be working different days each week. I am a sociable, friendly person & I'll embrace getting to know whoever else is within the property.
I have the money to pay any upfront bond & or deposit. Plus I can send copies of recent payslips & I'm able to get any relevant references.
My partner currently lives in Edinburgh, so on some occasions I'll be visiting him. Also I'll be visiting Manchester from time to time to visit my family & friends.
