Flatmate or Room in Apartment Required

I am a 28-year-old male, looking for a double-room in the centre of Manchester, ideally in the Ancoats/Northern Quarter side of town.

Currently WFH full-time in the property finance industry, however will be moving into a hybrid position in the same field that also requires time on the road so will be 50/50 time at home while working.

I am outgoing and enjoy spending time out to see friends, but also looking to find someone/somewhere that gives another option in terms of staying in and having wholesome moments too.

Lived on my own for the last 12 months and tenancy coming to an end and is quite lonely so would be good if I got along well with my flatmate and it creates a new social branch in the city.

Can adjust my move in date as have friends and family who can assist in the interim if I need to wait or begin a new tenancy sooner than mine ends.
