Professional seeking clean modern double room

Hi, I’m Ronit, a 25-year-old working professional at Juno Records near Camden. I am looking for a clean, modern and fully furnished double room from 1 September. My maximum rent is £800 per month with all bills included. An ensuite or private bathroom would be ideal, but a clean shared bathroom is also fine.

I am very clean, easy-going, respectful and a non-smoker. I value a peaceful home and always keep shared spaces tidy. I do not cause trouble or disturb my flatmates. I may occasionally have a visitor and will always be considerate, follow the house rules and give notice when appropriate.

I am currently in Edinburgh, so I cannot attend an in-person viewing immediately. I would be happy to have a live video call and virtual tour. If the room is suitable, I can provide identification, employment details and references, complete the paperwork and pay the deposit promptly after verification and receiving the tenancy agreement.
