29yo Postgrad looking for Calm, Tidy Home

Hi everyone. I’m a 29-year-old female from South Africa, moving to Manchester to study a 1-year Master’s degree at the University of Manchester. I am looking to move in around 14 September. 

My maximum budget is £650 per month, including bills (and a council tax contribution, if living with working professionals). 

I’m looking for a room in a peaceful, quiet, and tidy household. Ideally, the property will be located in Didsbury, Chorlton, Withington, or Victoria Park. It should be somewhere within a 15–20 minute walk or direct bus ride to the university's main campus. Being close to a bus stop is a big plus for me. 

A bit about me: I’m a calm, friendly, and very neat person who values a clean and relaxed living space. I appreciate my own downtime, but I’m always up for a friendly chat over a cup of tea. In my free time, I love staying active with strength training and Pilates, visiting local art galleries, and watching YouTube vlogs. Back home, I regularly attend a monthly figure drawing class and would love to find something similar in Manchester. 

I’m very respectful of people's space, mindful of noise, and always clean up after myself in communal areas.
