Professional Seeking Clean & Friendly House Share

Hi, I'm Richard, 25, and I'm looking for a room to rent in Belfast from mid-September as I'll be starting a new full-time role in Newtownards on 15th September.

I'm a clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful person who values a peaceful and friendly living environment. I work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, so I'll be out most weekdays, and I often spend weekends visiting family and friends.

I'm easy to get along with, considerate of shared spaces, and always do my part to keep the house clean and comfortable for everyone. Ideally, I'm looking for a house share with like-minded, friendly housemates who appreciate a relaxed and respectful atmosphere.
