Professional looking for short-term let

Hi, I'm looking for a short-term let that is preferably 3 months long but can go up to 6 months if needs be. I'm happy to pay more than advertised if you are preferring a longer tenancy.

I've lived in the area before and love it - I enjoy fell walking, archery, and going out in Whitehaven and Workington.

I'm a graduate starting my job at the end of September but am currently in the process of buying a house. I'm very happy to brgin a tenancy ASAP, and paying even before for a month or so before needing to move in. I haven't been given an end date for this so will need somewhere to live in the mean time. I'm a clean and polite tenant and can provide a reference if necessary.
