Looking for a room

I am looking for (ideally) a double room in Edinburgh, mostly around Marchmont, The Grange, Mayfield or Morningside regions, as I will be working in the King's Buildings of the University of Edinburgh. Ideally, I would like to share a property with at most 3 other flatmates (4 total). An en-suite room would be preferred but I don't mind sharing bathrooms. Having a proper kitchen is essential because I would be cooking quite often. Having shared living rooms and gardens would be preferred.

I don't mind any flatmates of any background, sexual orientation and gender identity, as long as they can tidy up after themselves and have mutual respect for each other. I would prefer flatmates around my age (around 20-30), but it's not essential.

I am generally quite a quiet person (at least initially) that enjoys cooking, singing and travelling. I am in the biology field and I really love wildlife (and pets) and anything science related. I would enjoy becoming friends and hanging out with my flatmates but I also don't mind just being friendly neighbours. Since I'll be working 9-5 on weekdays, I'll most likely be chilling on weeknights and potentially going out on the weekends. I believe that I'm responsible for myself and chores around the house (if planned).
