I'm a 27-year-old mature student, currently on a 2 month placement in a clinic, so I'm out at work most weekdays and generally in bed at a sensible hour. I've been renting for 2 years now, so I know how to keep shared space clean, pay rent on time.
Outside work I'm usually running, tinkering with DIY projects, or heading off somewhere for the weekend.
I’m looking for a room in a friendly house, somewhere I can chat over dinner but equally get on with my own thing. Budget around £650-750 pcm including bills, ideally moving in mid-September for 2 months.
