PhD student looking for room (south Manchester)

Hello! I am an incoming cancer research PhD student looking to live in South Manchester (Chorlton/Withington/Didsbury area etc.) I am tidy and sociable, but far from a party animal or somebody that needs to go out most nights. Looking for friendly housemates to share the space with and chat to in communal areas (but we don't have to be best friends or anything like that!)

I am predominantly looking for houseshare/flatshare arrangements with other young professionals. I have no preference for a room with a double bed, and would actively prefer a room with a single bed if it means more space for a desk. I'm a big walker so absolute proximity to public transport isn't a must - I generally want to be within an hour's walk of The Christie (which is around where I will be based) but that's about it!
