Couple looking for cute room!
Hi! We’re Flora and Silvia, a couple in our early 20s looking for a room in London for next year from September.
About us: We met at Oxford University and have been together just over 2 years. Silvia is a communications manager, working in a political think-tank in Westminster, and Flora will be starting her Master’s in Law at City St George’s next year. We’re clean, quiet, and value our privacy, but often up for a chat or a pint.
What we’re looking for: A spacious room, ideally with an en suite and ample storage space, ideally in a flat with one other person or another couple.
📍Zone 1-3: ideally East London (Limehouse, Canary Wharf, Stepney Green, Whitechapel) or North London (Hackney, Dalston). Open to other areas if well-connected to Farringdon by tube. Must be a 5-10min walk to a tube station; close to supermarkets and a bike lane would be a plus.
📆 We’re looking to move in around September 10, but open to moving slightly back or forward for the right place.
💸 1400 total incl. bills; ideally a 1 year lease or longer.
